These images of the WWI railway branch to the Dalmore Distillery site accompany the article by R.T.Baxter and J.D.S.Campbell on page 28 of Far North Express 80, May 2020.
The black & white images here are all from the collection of Wayne O. Abbott, who was a US sailor, stationed at Dalmore during WWI. His grandson presented copies of them to Invergordon Museum and it is planned that they will be available to view on their website in due course. Some of the photos came directly from the U.S. Naval History & Heritage Command.
