Invergordon Scoops Most Improved Station Award

At the breakfast that Frank Roach organised on Monday morning 15/12/2008 to celebrate the new timetable and particularly the new commuter services Frank thanked FoFNL, FirstScotRail and Transport Scotland for the introduction of the 4th train North to Wick which had been a FoFNL initiative.

The Invergordon Station murals won the Most Improved Station Award and in presenting it Derek Macintosh made reference to the greater challenges his staff face maintaining the 158s as they now spend even less time at the depot.
